I just reviewed season one of Sons of Anarchy in my Jane After Dark column over at TV Squad, and fell in love with the gritty show about a motorcycle club that walks both sides of the law.
The story revolves around Jackson “Jax” Teller (Charlie Hunnam), the club’s vice president (and total hottie), his mom Gemma Teller Morrow (Katey Sagal), and her husband, Clarence ‘Clay’ Morrow (Ron Perlman), the club’s president who’s always puffing on a giant cigar.
I developed a major girl-crush on Katey Sagal’s character, and sometimes wish I had her ability to draw in close and challenge someone to get in her face. Eh, it would probably have the opposite reaction for me – I’d end up in the hospital.
Anyway, one of the things I love about Sons of Anarchy is the music. You can check out the official Sons of Anarchy site for the full music guide, but there isn’t one song I don’t love on this show, including the theme song by Primal Scream, “The Dream We Left Behind.”
Bands featured in the episodes include Dropkick Murphys, Burning Brides, and Tarbox Ramblers. What’s cool is that it uses both tough songs and tender songs, like Audra Mae’s “Forever Young,” played during the aftermath of a tragedy in the final episode.
Season two of Sons of Anarchy premieres Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 10 PM ET on FX. Adam Arkin and Henry Rollins join the cast – wheeee!

Nice publish! GA can also be my largest earning. Even so, it is not really a very much.
